Prior to your taking on this task we have had four agents from leading Realtors in our area come in to evaluate and basically adopt the attitude that this property wasn’t worth their time. I’ll admit that our property wasn’t in the million dollar range but it did have value never the less and you saw that.
I felt that you were straight and honest which meant a great deal to me. I have worked with real estate agents in the past and have had my expectations set too high because they were not realistic about the value of the property. You have a very high level of professionalism and empathy with your clients on both sides of the sale.
It was refreshing to finally work with someone who didn’t strike me as a “used car salesman”. I felt very comfortable working with you.
